💪 Reformer Foundations Lab is a limited-series workshop designed to help you understand the “why” behind the movements, explore variations, and build strength and confidence both on and off the Reformer.

Each week, Julie will break down key Pilates Reformer exercises, offering:
* Clear, accessible explanations
* Beginner-friendly through intermediate variations
* Smart progressions and regressions
* Practical tools you can take to the mat and use at home

This is not a lecture—it’s a full workout paired with supportive education, so you’ll leave feeling stronger, more informed, and more confident in your movement.

What to Expect:
* A strong, intelligently programmed Reformer workout
* Technical breakdowns of select exercises
* Exploration of variations and spring choices
* Guidance on what you can practice on the mat or at home to support your Reformer work

An evening to slow down, soften, and come home to yourself.

This restorative sound bath is designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and gently guide you back into ease and self-connection. You’ll be supported with cozy restorative yoga props, immersed in soothing sound, and invited to simply rest and receive.

Eye masks will be gifted to all participants, and a seasonal aromatherapy blend will be diffused throughout the experience for deeper relaxation. Self-love affirmations and guided breathwork will be incorporated to help you ground, breathe, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
