Reformer Pilates May Schedule✨

To get started, all new clients begin with our 3-Session Intro Pack for $79. This includes three guided intro classes designed to help you feel confident and comfortable on the reformer.

Intro classes are offered:
Mondays at 5:00 PM
Saturdays at 8:30 AM

These sessions are intentionally structured to give you the time, support, and hands-on guidance you need to truly understand the reformer before moving into our beginner classes.

Our approach is all about building a strong foundation so you can progress safely, effectively, and with confidence every step of the way!

We’re heading into a new month with fresh energy, movement, and some exciting additions to our lineup.

Our yoga and mat Pilates classes are designed for all levels whether you’re building strength, improving mobility, or just taking time to reconnect with yourself. We suggest starting with the non-heated classes for beginners! Examples would be Foundations, Gentle, Chair, & Mat Pilates Essentials.

The Infared room gets HOT 😅🔥🔥 Although, a great way to ease into the warmth is by joining THE ultimate relaxing class, Warm Restorative on Mondays at 7pm at 75-85°

❗️New class added for all the mat Pilates lovers ❣️
Pilates with Props is now on Saturday mornings at 7:30am with Lane! This is a great class to deepen your practice, challenge your stability, and start your weekend feeling GREAT!

In a world that constantly asks us to go faster, choosing to slow down is a quiet kind of power.

Slower style yoga brings your body into the parasympathetic nervous system, the space where real healing happens. Your heart rate softens, your breath deepens, and your mind finally gets permission to exhale.

Through gentle movement and slower, deeper breathing, we’re telling the body you are safe. And when the body feels safe, it stops gripping, guarding, and rushing.

This is how we reduce stress naturally. Not by forcing calm, but by creating space for it.

This initiative helps provide essential, kid-friendly meals through the Backpack Ministry, making sure children have access to food every week.

If you’re wondering what to donate, think simple and practical:
non-perishables, individual snacks, and lunchbox-friendly items like mac & cheese cups, oatmeal, ramen, snack sticks, Pop-Tarts, and apple sauce cups.

We’ve made it easy to give — there’s a donation bin located in the hallway right outside our studio door, and you can drop off items anytime. No set hours needed.

Sound healing is one of those practices people are curious about but often ask
“Does it actually work?”

The answer is both simple and layered.

Sound healing works by using vibration and frequency to influence the body and mind. When you’re surrounded by instruments like singing bowls, chimes, or gongs, your brain begins to shift out of its busy, thinking state and into slower, more relaxed brainwave patterns. This is where the body can rest, reset, and restore.

It’s not about “fixing” anything. It’s about creating the conditions for your body to naturally come back into balance.
