Have you hugged your kids today?

Today is National Sons and Daughters Day.
For many, it’s a day to celebrate the joy our children bring. But for too many families, it’s also a day of deep grief.

We honor the sons and daughters who have been lost to drug overdose — lives gone far too soon, yet never forgotten. And we hold close in our hearts those who are still struggling, still on the streets, still fighting battles most of us can’t see.

Your child is still your child — in life, in loss, in hope.
Today, we remember. We hope. We keep fighting for a world where every son and daughter gets the chance to come home.

Friendship in recovery is the best!

🌍💙 International Day of Friendship 💙🌍

In recovery, friendship is more than connection — it’s healing, hope, and walking the journey together. Today, we celebrate the friends who show up without judgment, who remind us we’re not alone, and who lift us up when the road gets tough. 💪✨

Whether it’s a peer, sponsor, family member, or chosen family — friendship is recovery in action.

Tag a friend who’s made a difference in your journey. Let them know how much they mean to you. 💬👇
