Do you agree with this.

We don’t bill insurance but we do provide bills to patients that are insurance ready.

Today one of our patients insurance company contacted us to say they wouldn’t cover a test panel unless we broke down the actual cost for all 26 component parts and assigned both CPT and ICD codes (what and why something was done) to each part.

Let’s be clear, this didn’t help the patient. This wasted our time. Its only reason to exist is so the insurance company can find an excuse to not pay.

Why do we have this parasitic excuse for a legal theft of your money.
