An Administrative Assistant is needed for our counseling office. Must be self-motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to keep a positive attitude under pressure. Pay starting at $18 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Hours are 10:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday-Thursday with some flexibility available.

Please join us in welcoming Karen Hutchins, MS, LPCC to Center for Psychological Services.

Karen works with adults, age 18 and older for individual therapy services. She has experience working with anxiety, life transitions, career changes, depression, trauma, childhood neglect, attachment issues, self-esteem, and women’s issues. She has a special interest in treating anxiety, working with Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) issues, and using EMDR to heal issues related to trauma, childhood neglect, and attachment. She frequently incorporates mindfulness and self-compassion into therapy sessions.

Center for Psychological Services is pleased to announce the addition of Gwen Pedersen, MS, LMFT to our agency.

Gwen works with adults, ages 18 and older for individual therapy services. She has experience working with anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship issues, addiction, allergy and food sensitivities, chronic health issues, women’s health issues, life adjustments, business/career issues, and more. She has worked in a variety of settings, that includes community mental health as well as providing outpatient therapy services through a group private practice clinic. Gwen is IFS (Internal Family Systems) informed and has completed well over 100 hours of training. She enjoys treating clients through the Parts Work/Internal Family System framework, shame resilience, and using holistic approaches to therapy.
