We’re thrilled to introduce you to Krystle, our Patient Care Coordinator and Optometric Assistant!

💜 If you’ve visited us recently, you know Krystle’s favorite part of the job is interacting with our amazing patients and making sure everyone feels right at home. When she’s off the clock, she’s a proud "sports mom" who loves watching her kids' sporting events, spending time with her three sons and her daughter.

Meet Dr. Laurel Schimelfening! ✨

💜Dr. Laurel fell in love with optometry at a young age after seeing an eye doctor in action and she turned the passion into a career dedicated to her patients. Her absolute favorite part of the day is fulfilling each patient’s unique needs and ensuring everyone leaves seeing their very best!

• Has two sons and one dog 🐕🩵
• Loves coffee and boba. 🧋
• Moved from Montana to Minnesota in 2024 🏔️
• Loves providing personalized care that goes beyond the prescription.

We're excited to introduce another member of our incredible team, Dr. Alyssa Richard!

💜Dr. Richard was actually the very first employee MLP Optometry ever had! She then pursued her passion to become a doctor, having her on the team as a provider has been full circle for us!

💜We’re excited to kick off our team spotlights by introducing our owner, Dr. Miranda Lepinski Peterson!

Dr. Lepinski has always wanted to open her own practice to create a space where patient care comes first. While she loves all aspects of eye care, her absolute favorite part of being an Optometrist is helping children see clearly, ensuring our youngest patients have the best start in life!

💜 A Little More About Dr. Lepinski:
She is a proud mom to two daughters, enjoys boating with her family, and is a big fan of the color purple!
