A Helping Hand Counseling Center We are dedicated to ensuring that all individuals and families have access to professional community-based care.

Our goal is to empower and enhance the healing process necessary for you to overcome challenges while ensuring your comfort and privacy. Our 12-room clinic was designed to provide a comfortable and safe space for our clients. Plush reception chairs, beautiful home-inspired therapy rooms, a child-designed sensory path, available beverages and treats, two age-appropriate play therapy rooms, calming air diffusers, and sounds machines are just a few things that go into creating a space where clients can unwind and focus on their goals.

Start-of-week check-in: a simple loop to keep you steady and growing.
My #1 priority this week is: [finish the project brief / establish a morning routine / call my mom / ...]. If I get stuck, I’ll remember: [pause and breathe for 4 counts / name the feeling / take a 2-minute walk]. When I feel overwhelmed, I’ll pause and ask myself, “What’s one small step I can take right now?” I want to do less, I want to do more, I want to feel [calmer], and I want to feel [focused]. This week, I want to feel [grateful], and [energized]. Here’s to a mindful, doable week. 💪✨

🎁 The Holiday Season Is Here — Let’s Make It Brighter for St. Cloud Families!

The holidays bring joy, but for many local families, they can also bring challenges. This year, you can help make a difference! 💛

✨ Ways to Give:
🛒 Donate Food: Collect nonperishable items or complete dinner bags for our Holiday Blessing Bags (see flyer).
💵 Sponsor a Family: Monetary donations help fund meals and essentials for families in need.

All donations go directly to local families identified by school counselors through our St. Cloud school partnerships.
This year, we’re adding an extra bag of nonperishables to support children during winter break when food insecurity peaks.

📅 Food Drive: November 3 – December 19
Donations are welcome all season long!
