We are changing our focus at AgeLess Yoga to only do private yoga lessons and private classes of up to 3 people as we have done throughout or 2 decades of teaching yoga. We are now dropping our public classes, which will be ending with the November 9th class. We would like to invite people in the community to continue working with us on this more direct and individual basis.
