This six-week course is perfect for beginners to Yoga. It teaches essential techniques for a safe, healthy practice and provides modifications to make the practice more accessible. It's ideal for those recovering from injury, returning after a break, or seeking a gentler practice. We highly recommend this course for anyone planning to attend our regular classes, as a strong foundation will help you feel more connected to your practice.

In addition to the six-week course, you’re encouraged to attend 2 extra classes during the 6 week course at no additional cost. We’ll help you find the best fit and give you the opportunity to explore different classes and instructors.

Calling all kids ages 6–11! This playful, confidence-building class is a space to move, breathe, and just be you.

🌈 We’ll stretch and move our bodies to feel strong and steady
🧘‍♀️ Explore breathing tools that help calm big feelings
🎯 Play games that build balance, focus, and self-trust

The word Shanti comes from the Sanskrit word “peace,” and stands for calmness, tranquility, rest, or bliss. Our goal at Shanti Yoga Center is to help individuals feel all of these when starting or continuing their yoga journey with us. Shanti Yoga Center encourages and inspires students in their yoga practice and journey of self-awareness. We provide a supportive and caring environment where students and teachers benefit both physically and mentally. Shanti Yoga Center offers a space of acceptance and accessibility. Whether you are new to yoga or have multiple years of experience, we welcome everyone with open arms.
