🌟Hello everyone! Some of you may be familiar with the practice of alternate nose breathing (Nadi Shodhana Pranayama) I like to think of it as a reboot for the brain! It helps us activate our parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest or calm versus fight or flight) it improves our concentration and focus, and balances out the energy channels in our body. it’s generally done in the mornings or as a precursor to your practice. And quite frankly I use it in the car between meetings and transitions as often as possible. 🌟
