Our CentraCare Plaza expansion is taking shape, bringing the next generation of patient care to life here in St. Cloud. 💙

This major construction update includes a new Ambulatory Surgery Center and Rehabilitation Building with more than 200,000 square feet of modernized care designed to expand access and support our growing patient needs.

New openings at the Plaza will include roles in nursing, surgery, therapies, imaging, lab, pharmacy, and more. Hiring for the expansion will start soon as we prepare for a summer 2026 opening.

Growing up just a couple of hours from small town St. Joseph, Minnesota, Cory Hepola never really thought much about it. Forced to train for a Triathlon, Cory swims in a popular lake, bikes through the woods, and runs on an iconic college campus where he learns this region has a new rural-focused Medical School. Surprised, Cory immerses himself in the community by peeling shrimp at an Award-Winning Restaurant, forming baguettes at a Nationally-Renowned Bakery, and picking apples at a popular Farmhouse Cidery.
