important member of our team since 2019. While currently a medication aide, she has gained experience in other departments as well.

Rebecca continues to shine in every role she takes on. Her versatility and dedication make her a key part of keeping Dove Healthcare - St. Croix Falls running smoothly. It was our privilege to come together on Veterans Day and honor the men and women who have served our country. Our veteran residents were recognized with special certificates and pins as a token of our gratitude for their service and dedication. A shout out to Auntie Mar's Hilltop Donut Shop for helping make this day sweet and memorable with patriotic donuts. We thank all of our wonderful veterans - you are our heroes every day!

Looking to provide our residents with some holiday cheer? Consider taking part in our Adopt-A-Resident event this holiday season! Purchase a gift or two for a resident to open at our holiday party an drop them off by Friday, December 12 at our building.

Let us know if you want to participate, and you'll be assigned to a resident as their anonymous gift giver. If you're unable to drop off a gift, send in a donation and one of our helper elves will shop for you!

We had a fun-filled and spooktacular Halloween! Our human slot machine was handing out plenty of tricks and treats to get the day started. In the afternoon, our wonderful friends from St. Croix Falls Elementary School came over for a costume parade. We very much enjoyed seeing all the creative costumes and smiles! After enjoying some sweet treats at our Halloween party, we got our buckets of candy ready for the trick-or-treaters. Thank you to everyone who helped make our day amazing by helping out, dressing up and coming to our trick-or-treating event!

A very big thank you to the parents and children of Bethesda Lutheran Church for hosting a special game of bingo Sunday morning! These wonderful little ones arrived in Halloween costumes, with handmade cards and a basket of bingo prizes. It was lovely to visit with them, listen to their songs and enjoy several games of bingo together. We're still talking about how much fun it was. Thank you so much for coming!

"I chose to become a PTA while I was working as a PCA and one of my clients was in a car accident. They worked through physical therapy at home, and I enjoyed being there during the sessions and learning the exercises to help my client. I spoke with her therapist about applying for the PTA program, and she gave me all of the info I needed. 26 years later, here I am!

My favorite aspect of being a PTA is when I see a patient's mobility improve and they are able to return home safely."

We are grateful for Darla, our rehabilitation manager, and all of our incredible physical therapists and physical therapist assistants. Thank you for inspiring hope and changing lives at Dove Healthcare!

We are happy to announce Evan Hong’s HomeGROWN promotion to regional director of marketing and communications! Evan joined our Dove Healthcare team as marketing and social media specialist in April 2024 and has proven to be a tremendous asset, always striving and working hard to learn, grow, and deliver quality results.

Evan shared, "I am excited for the opportunity to lead the department in my new role! I will strive to promote strong communication, develop valuable community relationships, and carry on our mission to provide compassionate care and service to meet the needs of those who depend on us."

Dove Healthcare has experienced great success over the years with our HomeGROWN approach: recognizing passion, dedication, and capabilities in team members and then supporting them with growth as opportunity arises.

Evan grew up in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota and is a graduate of UW-Eau Claire. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, snowboarding, and cheering on his beloved Vikings and Timberwolves. He currently lives in Eau Claire with his wife, Sophie, and they have a baby boy on the way, due in November!
