Today, we bid a bittersweet farewell to someone who has been part of the very heartbeat of our clinic for two decades. 💕

For 20 years, Nicole Boyle has worn many hats around here- therapist, mentor, cheerleader, problem-solver, and friend. She has touched countless lives, leaving people better than she found them, whether that was through skilled hands, compassionate care, or gentle encouragement on the hardest days.

Her caring spirit has shaped the culture of our clinic in ways that can never be replaced. She’s been here through seasons of change, challenges, and celebrations, always leading with kindness and dedication.

While it’s bittersweet to see her go, we’re so proud of the new opportunity ahead of her. The next chapter will be so lucky to have her. 💙

From all of us at St. Francisville Rehab, thank you, Nicole, for everything. You will be deeply missed, but your impact will always be part of our story.

✨MEET THE TEAM!✨

We're thrilled to introduce our newest Physical Therapist to join the St. Francisville Rehab Services family - Dr. Elizabeth Bourg, freshly minted Doctor of Physical Therapy, who's ready to hit the ground running (and help others do the same)!

Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Elizabeth brings Southern charm, a sharp clinical mind, and some seriously fun energy to our team! What does she love most about our clinic? The wide range of specialties – and the chance to learn something new every day.

A fun fact about Elizabeth? She once placed 1st in a swim meet...because she was the only one in the race. 🏊‍♀️ Hey, a win’s a win, right?

When she’s not helping patients move better and feel stronger, you can find her baking up sweet treats 🍪, singing her heart out at karaoke 🎤, or channeling her inner party planner (which she swears was her calling in another life).

We’re so excited to welcome her to the team – come say hi and ask her for her favorite karaoke go-to! 🎶
