Someone feels off - tired, gaining weight, not sleeping well - and they’re told everything is “normal.”

But normal isn’t the same as optimal.

We’ve gotten used to using disease ranges as the definition of health. That doesn’t make much sense.

There’s a big gap between avoiding diagnosis and actually building strength, energy, and resilience.
