Sleep isn’t optional.
It’s hormonal.
Studies show that men who consistently sleep 5–6 hours a night can have testosterone levels similar to someone 10 years older.
Not because of age.
Because of recovery.
Testosterone is primarily produced during deep sleep.
Cut the sleep short → production drops.
Do it consistently → it compounds.
Low energy.
Lower drive.
Slower recovery.
Mood shifts.
We talk about workouts.
We talk about supplements.
But we rarely talk about sleep as the foundation.
Before you look for the “fix,”
make sure you’re actually resting.
