This is the power of equine-assisted psychotherapy. In 2025, Hope Reins Healing Equine Therapy participants showed significant reductions in depression and anxiety levels, measured by medically standardized screening tools (PHQ-9 & GAD-7).

But the numbers only tell half the story. The real magic is in the moments of connection.

Honest Vulnerable Post:

Hope Reins Healing Equine Therapy was invited back to a National Fundraising Campaign which launches in May for Mental Health Awareness Month.

My gas tank is empty and my heart weary as I navigate my mom’s terminal illness and running my PP and the non profit.

We rely heavily on fundraisers like this to keep us afloat as a small non profit.

I’m trying to assess whether I can actually do this, this year with what’s on my plate.

The only way I can pull this off is if people want to help and join this mission with me. I’ve pulled the weight the last few years for this fundraiser but this year I’m needing actual support at a deeper level.

If you or someone you know may be interested please message me!! You do not have to live in the same state to help us!!
