Anger Management Tip 1
When things in life becomes upsetting..as it does for everyone I have a tip to share with you. Anger first of all is a normal response to a person or situation: it just depends what level and how it is directed to individuals and situations. Sometime we can get it worked out, but sometimes when things are left broken like a breakup one needs to up their self care. When I work with clients it is good to redirect that negative energy to something productive. For example, the garage needs some cleaning out and that is the perfect time to release those unjust or negative feelings and redirect it into a positive outcome. Exercise, re-organizing and getting rid of clutter can increase those happy vibes in the brain, not to mention give your body a great workout and most important lessening the pent up anger. It has to go somewhere, so put it to use for a much needed project is a great way of lessening those negative emotions. Holding onto anger is damaging to the body in so many ways.
