And as Gary Vaynerchuk put it:

“Success is 1,000 small things done correctly.”

Growth in business, health, and life rarely comes from one big breakthrough. It comes from consistently showing up, making small improvements, and continuing forward even when things aren’t certain.

That mindset applies just as much to health and healing as it does to business. Progress often happens through small, consistent changes that add up over time.
