I am a 25 year old fitness entrepreneur, living in the midwest. I enjoy to lift heavy and challenging myself every day in the gym with powerlifting workouts. I love cooking and baking in a creative manner to create healthy meals and snacks that are not only great for you, but tasty as well. I am looking to help others reach their fitness goals and help them form the same passion that I have for living a healthy active lifestyle.

MEAL PREP SERIES 🍴 (easy, high-protein, budget-friendly)

On the menu this week: CHICKEN FAJITA BOWLS 🌮

✔️ Simple ingredients
✔️ High protein
✔️ Made in bulk (12 servings)
✔️ Perfect for busy weeks

What I used:
• 7 lbs chicken breast (diced)
• Juice of 2 limes
• 2 fajita seasoning packets + 2 tbsp olive oil
• 6 bell peppers (sliced)
• 1 large pack sliced mushrooms
• 1 fajita seasoning + 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 cups rice (6 cups water)

How to make:
Marinate chicken, veggies & seasonings for 3–4 hours → cook on Blackstone or bake at 400° for 20–25 min (chicken to 165°) → cook rice → portion out evenly into bowls for the week

Makes ~12 servings

Macros (per bowl approx):
~450–500 cal | 45–50g protein | 45–50g carbs | 10–12g fat

I typically add 2 tbsp salsa, sour cream & some avocado to each bowl once ready to eat!

Save this for later & follow along for a new meal prep recipe every week 🤍

Proof that what you do during pregnancy matters 👏🏼

Want a better postpartum? Start taking care of yourself during your pregnancy!!

So many women get pregnant and think it’s time to throw in the towel and “start later”… but the best time to take care of yourself is NOW — during pregnancy, for both you and your baby. And it makes your recovery SO much easier!

My first pregnancy taught me exactly what not to do. My first postpartum I felt so weak, uncomfortable, and like I was starting from scratch.

This time around, I prioritized lifting, daily movement, proper nutrition, and actually taking care of myself during my pregnancy — and my recovery reflects that. This postpartum I feel so strong, capable & empowered because of the choices I made during my pregnancy. Was it easy? Absolutely not. Was it worth it? 1000%.

Postpartum isn’t a bounce back, it’s a rebuild. And it’s a heck of a lot easier when you take care of yourself during your pregnancy (speaking from experience).

Don’t know where to start? Comment PROGRAM & I’ll send you the exact programs I followed the second time around 🫶🏻

We’ve somehow normalized feeling miserable during pregnancy & just “surviving”… but it doesn’t have to be that way. I’ve had both experiences and taking care of myself changed everything for me!!

You deserve to feel strong, capable & empowered EVEN while pregnant! I’m here to show you how 🤍👊🏼

My second pregnancy was a DREAM compared to my first — here are the things I did differently this time around ⬇️

✅ Walked every single day: Even when I didn’t have the energy to lift, I made it a non-negotiable to move my body. Some days it was 10 minutes, some days longer-but I always felt better after.

✅ Stopped “eating for two”: First pregnancy, I leaned into that mindset a little too much. Second time around, I focused on fueling my body-not just eating more.

✅ Prioritized protein + fiber: Every meal/snack had a purpose-to keep me full, support my energy, and help with cravings. This alone made a huge difference.

✅ Ate more at home: Way less fast food, way more simple meals at home. Nothing crazy-just being more intentional.
Small, frequent meals (especially first tri): Helped SO much with nausea. I noticed if I let myself get too hungry, I felt way worse.

✅ Followed pregnancy-specific workouts: Instead of just
“working out,” I trained with intention-supporting my body, prepping for labor, and actually listening to what I needed in each phase.

✅ Shifted my mindset: I wasn’t chasing a number on the scale-I was focused on having a healthier pregnancy, feeling good, and setting myself up for a smoother recovery. I was DETERMINED to have a VBAC & I did!

If you want the exact program I followed, comment PROGRAM & I will send it your way! 🫶🏻 Purchase once & have access forever!

Prepare to be SICK of me 😆👏🏼 Gimme 6 months at to rebuild stronger than ever — y’all better watch out, I’m locking IN 🔐😂💯

Still doing my postpartum workouts to rehab my core + pelvic floor but I’m feeling AMAZING so I am starting to add back in some light machine focused workouts 👏🏼

Here’s what I did today:

- pendulum squat: 3x8
- .builder hip thrusts + pulses: 3x8 of each
- .official step up: 2x6 each leg
- .builder dual weighted hyperextension: 2x6

Followed it up with core + pelvic floor rehab work! Feeling so good! Excited to see the progress I can make now that I have access to the best gym EVER 🙌🏼
