Stress isn't just something you feel in your mind.
Your body is keeping track too.
A new global study found that across 146 countries, stress levels have doubled in just 18 years, and the physical health consequences are following. Women, younger people, and those with fewer resources are feeling it the most.
This isn't about pushing harder or managing your time better.
It's about understanding what your nervous system is carrying, and learning to work with it, not against it.
