☯️ But social media, because of its deleterious and addictive consequences should be treated like all other addictive vices (alcohol, sugar, drugs, p**n, video games)….IN MODERATION.
☯️ And just like alcohol, if you can’t use it in moderation, it should be avoided altogether.

☯️ If you used to write short stories, maybe blogging is a modern day outlet.
☯️ If you used to play piano, maybe try some EDM MIDI keyboarding.

☯️ It CAN be this simple.
☯️ Wr tend to think too big when it comes to happiness - vacations, dinner with friends, a new car, etc. But those opportunities are few and few between, AND the happiness gained doesn’t last as long as we think it should.
☯️ Think small - reading a magazine, a 5 minute noodle session on an instrument, petting your dog, etc.
☯️ These are easily accessible, repeatable, and will do more for your overall happiness than the big things.

Fear of change makes us tend to over-inflate our importance to our job. It’s usually just that…a job. And to most owners, you’re “just” an employee. If the company would crumble when you walk away, then you shouldn’t be at the employee level anyway. Change is good. It’s how we grow and learn the best.

Our Story
