Camp Brim Shire Camp Brim Shire, located in St. James, MO, is operated by the volunteer (IRS 501c3) Association for Midwest Disadvantaged Youth, Inc (AMDY).

The Association for Midwest Disadvantaged Youth, Inc founded Camp Brim Shire in 1980 as a barrier-free facility equipped to serve the Greater St. Louis and Mid-Missouri region. With facilities for 150 overnight guests, the 40 acre Camp Brim Shire offers a recreation hall, in-ground therapy pool with lift, playgrounds, indoor and outdoor meeting areas, a medical support center and much more.
