Exceptional, organized, dependable person with experience in scheduling for our busy pediatric therapy clinic. Must be comfortable verifying insurance benefits, medical terminology and learning operational programs quickly and accurately. Attention to detail, strong time-management skills and the ability to multi-task are essential to this role. The best person for this role will be able to build and maintain positive customer service relationships with our clients and other team members. Looking for someone to start part time (Mondays through Thursdays, 1pm-6pm) with potential to increase. This is an on-site position only at this time. Compensation commensurate with experience.

NEW YEAR, NO WAIT LIST!!

Ms. Erica is back and filling quickly! Right now she's 2-3 weeks out with new occupational therapy evaluations, so if it's on your "to-do" list, the sooner you call, the sooner you can start! Also, Ms. Vicki will be adding availability for speech therapy sessions on Saturdays until summer, so if you need a makeup session or just can't get in during the week, call soon as those spots will go fast!

Please remember to check in at the front desk when you arrive for your appointment, as all the new policies are now in effect. Did you forget what they were? There are copies of the letter distributed in early December available at the front desk to review. We look forward to serving you in 2026!

Just a quick reminder that we close at 1:00 tomorrow (New Year's Eve), so if you need to reach us, call today! Get back on the schedule with Erica, reschedule missed appointments, pay your balances...and don't forget, new policies take place January 1, so make sure you check in with the front desk to ensure you have all the information!

Exciting news! Ms. Erica is returning from her leave January 5th! We will have immediate openings for Ms. Hilary and Ms. Erica for occupational therapy, so call before noon on Wednesday this week to get on the schedule! Start the new year right! Can't wait to see you!
