World Senior Citizen’s Day is celebrated to appreciate the senior citizens for the services, accomplishments, contributions, and dedication they have given in their lives. Today also emphasizes the importance of addressing issues related to the elderly, such as healthcare access, economic security, social isolation, and elder abuse.

We should celebrate seniors for their resilience and wisdom gained over the years and take the time to learn their stories.

Listening to audiobooks is a great way to take in new information. Audiobooks are just as beneficial as paper books and some find them to be even better.

The best thing is that there are tons of different avenues available for accessing audiobooks so just about anyone can find a method that works for them.
