Something really beautiful happened in a session yesterday…

I began working with a woman who committed to 3 months of weekly remote healing sessions with me.

She had never experienced energy work before.

She came to me after exhausting every option through western medicine…
and still feeling unwell in her body

Even though this was a remote session,
she could feel everything.

As we released trapped emotions,
her body responded in real time…

Sensations.
Shifts.
Movement of energy.

And when we moved into Reiki…
her system softened, opened, and began to recalibrate.

This is the part that still amazes me every single time.

I don’t need to physically be in the room with you
to connect to your energy
or communicate with your subconscious.

There’s a level of healing that doesn’t happen on the surface…..

Powerful shifts and transformations ✨✨✨
This is what Ive been blessed to witness with these beautiful souls committed to the deep inner healing work ❤️‍🩹
A lot came up around the heart❤️
forgiveness, grief, letting go of things that have been held for a long time.

There were moments where everything just clicked…
where they could feel what their body had been holding… and finally release it🔥

And the presence of Mary Magdalene, Mother Mary, and Isis was so strong.
They were holding the space with me.
Divine feminine energy 🌹

But what really stayed with me was this….

So many women are carrying so much… quietly.

They’re strong.
They show up for everyone.
They keep going.

But underneath that…
there’s exhaustion.
There’s emotion that hasn’t been fully processed.
There’s a nervous system that never fully gets to relax.

And that doesn’t just disappear.

It stays in the body.
In the heart.
In the womb.
In the energy.

This is why this work matters.

Because eventually your body asks you to slow down…
to feel…
to release what’s been sitting there.

And when you do……

you don’t just feel “better.”

You feel lighter.
Clearer.
More like yourself again.

What a great group of gals we had tonight at I know I always say this, but it’s true. We’re all in there in the Salt Cave together, listening to the same instruments, but we’re all having our own unique experience and journey. Thank you for sharing and co-creating such a beautiful vibration and frequency with me tonight in the Salt Cave I know I always feel so much better after even facilitating these events and I hope he felt so much better after joining me tonight than you did before you came in. It was great to see familiar faces and make new friends and I look forward to seeing you again at the Salt Cave soon, sending you all so much love ❤️ and light 🌟

Today was pure magic 🤍

We began with a nourishing lunch at Vibrations Café… and then let the day unfold exactly as it was meant to 🌊

We brought Advanced Reiki Training to the beach…
barefoot in the sand, held by the water, kissed by the sun, and carried by the wind.

And the moment we began the attunement…
the veil felt thin.

A bird came and sang right in front of us.
A train whistle echoed in the distance.
Bells began to ring.

It was as if everything aligned at once…
her loved ones, her guides, her ancestors stepping forward,
letting her know you are supported, you are seen, you are not alone.

This is what happens when we step into nature…
when we slow down, open our hearts, and allow energy to move freely.

Reiki is not just something we learn…
it’s something we remember.

And today… we remembered in the most sacred, beautiful way 🌊🌞🙏

My heart is so full of love, gratitude, and joy.
