Our program is designed with the whole child in mind, focusing on three key pillars: Character, Physical and Cognitive development. We teach kids to believe in themselves and help families grow together in moments of celebration and showing off.

We’ve got a lot to celebrate this week at KidStrong!

This is the moment our kids get to show what they’ve been working on—and it’s about WAY more than just movement. We’ve watched these kids learn about growth, grit, and the courage to rise to the occasion.

They’ve learned:

🤝 Teamwork—We’re talking collaboration, encouraging one another, and solving challenges together.

🤸 Gymnastic Skills—From coordination to balance, they’re ready to take center stage with powerful, practiced movement.

🎤 Public Speaking—These kids are using their own voices with confidence learned in the gym and through practice with their peers.

We’re celebrating every kid’s progress and the strength, courage, and resilience they’ve picked up along the way.

Public speaking isn’t just something we TALK about at KidStrong—it’s something we PRACTICE.

This week, we’re continuing to focus on Public Speaking and everything our KidStrong kids have achieved in practicing it. These kids are using their voices to show us what confidence in action looks like.

👋 From introducing themselves to the group …
👏 To cheering on their teammates, …
🦘 Building confidence through jumping, and …
🗣️ Explaining a strategy or movement out loud …

… these skills are the foundation of healthy confidence, social connection, and strong communication—all of which are required for happy lives.

This week we’re continuing to celebrate the power of the JUMP—a simple but essential movement that builds strength inside and out.

Jumping builds:

🎯 Focus, coordination, and control.
🙂 Courage—to launch into the unknown and land strong.

Jumping is a moment of bravery. When KidStrong kids learn to go for it, trust their bodies, and try again when necessary, they’re developing resilience.

At KidStrong we know confidence starts in the body. That’s why this week we’re celebrating the brain and body power of the broad jump.

We love this jump—a move that involves leaping as far as possible without a running start—because it supports:
