Blood Moon/Full Moon & Lunar Eclipse has me resetting, releasing, reconnecting, and cleansing. The rooms in the office were saged and dusted earlier today. I am ending my day with an infrared sauna treatment while deep breathing in a guided meditation. Then, an evening 12 minute yoga session before laying my beautiful toddler to sleep 😴✨️💖🧘🏼‍♀️🌡☺️
