🚨 Dangerous Heat Alert 🚨

Extreme heat isn’t just uncomfortable—it’s dangerous and potentially deadly.

🌡️ When temperatures soar:

Your body struggles to cool down.

Risk of heat exhaustion and heat stroke increases.

Vulnerable groups—children, the elderly, outdoor workers, and pets—are most at risk.

What you need to do:
✅ Stay indoors in air conditioning as much as possible.
✅ Drink LOTS of water—don’t wait until you’re thirsty.
✅ Wear loose, light clothing.
✅ Avoid strenuous activity during peak heat (10 AM–4 PM).
✅ NEVER leave kids or pets in cars—not even for a minute.
✅ Check on neighbors and loved ones.

🚑 Heat stroke is a medical emergency. Symptoms include confusion, high body temp, no sweating, and fainting. Call 911 immediately if you suspect it.

Take heat seriously—it can save lives. 🔥
