Practice yoga with a holistic aproach. Asana ( body movement), Pranayama ( breathing ), Pratyahara (relaxation practices) and we will have a sound bath for the last 15 min of the practice. We are afraid of vulnerability. I think we unconsciously tend to use stress as a protection shield. As a first coping response we block ourselves by tightening our bodies and this doesn't t allow the vulnerability to flow. Therefore it is hard to savor the good moments and to learn from bad moments of life.

This talk of vulnerability makes me think of the function of the liver in our bodies. It absorbs nutrients and toxins from the environment. It then either stores or eliminates them through the colon and kidneys. If there is not release then we are robbed of nutrients and we carry those toxins until they harm us. Back to my point about vulnerability, it is important to protect ourselves from things and people that will hurt us. Yet we also need to know when to let go or else what we thought was keeping us safe can begin to hurt us.

I want to deeply thank my dear clients for allowing me to be that flow in their lives. Thank you for trusting me with your vulnerability. It's an honor to serve you.
