Have you been diagnosed with frozen shoulder, also referred to as adhesive capsulitis? Do you have joint pain and stiffness?

Can massage help? Yes, for most it is a game changer. I use a structural integration and myofascial approach that has helped many of my clients move out of pain and to a place of greater use and mobility.

Book a series of six, 90 minute sessions and save $60. This work is a holistic approach, involves slower work and I suggest you allow extra 30 minutes to the 90 minute session to cover intake and retesting of movement at the end of session.
