Sweetwater Studios and Ershaka Reiki are holding a Reiki and Restorative Yoga workshop at Sweetwater Studios in E. Burke on January 20th from 10:30-noon.

Restorative yoga enables deep relaxation as you hold poses for longer periods of time with the help of props to completely support you. It also helps you to regain calm balance and soothe tired muscles. Reiki translates as: spiritually guided life force energy. Energy can become stagnant when there has been physical or emotional injury or pain. Reiki helps to remove these areas of stagnation, improving energy flow, providing relaxation, and reducing stress.

The support of coaching has transformed every aspect of my being. I could have never imagined life as I know it now prior to it.

I would have remained stuck in the constructs of the made up story in my mind, chained to my self limiting beliefs, and just settling for what I believed was the way it just had to be!

It was this journey, which is still underway, that has led me to do this work for others. I love to meet people where they are on the path and help them to create the life which they once thought of as only a dream. I am grateful everyday to be able to serve people in this way!
