We’re excited to introduce the newest member of our team—Jen, our new Administrative Assistant!

Jen was born and raised in Newport, VT, and later raised her two (now grown!) children in Hartford, VT. Last year, she purchased her very first home in East Concord and is loving being back in the country, enjoying everything the community has to offer.

Jen describes herself as a pretty simple person who enjoys keeping things organized and running smoothly (we already love that about her!). Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, listening to music, watching a good movie, and trying new foods.

This is a full-time position (Tuesday–Friday, approx. 32+ hours/week).

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and check in patients
• Manage scheduling and phone calls
• Maintain patient records in our EMR
• Use Google Workspace confidently
• Support billing tasks
• Manage office supplies
• Light cleaning to keep our space welcoming

As Ary heads back to school next week, we want to give her a big thank you 💚

She’s been an absolute pleasure to have at Strong Oaks—kind, easy to work with, and always willing to help wherever needed. From delivering pizzas to other local providers 🍕 (we like to keep them happy...pizza helps😋) to installing the privacy cling on our new sauna, Ary jumped right in without hesitation. We love supporting students, and she was exactly the kind of student we’re proud to support.

She clearly comes by it honestly. Her mom and dad, Kelly and Steve Parker, own The Graphic Shop, and we’re so grateful for everything they do for Strong Oaks—from our logo design to window decals and our Strong Oaks Balm labels.
