Do your doctors brag about you?
Ours do! Kayla took the time to share with us that a patient who had been struggling with pain for months found relief after just one treatment.
We’re lucky to have doctors who care this much 💪🌳

🌿 Today is a bittersweet day at Strong Oaks! 🌿

We’re saying goodbye to Emma as she heads back to school to continue pursuing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Emma has been such a wonderful part of our team, and we will truly miss her here at the clinic. We’re so excited to see where her path leads and can’t wait to cheer her on in the future! 💚

At the same time, we’re thrilled to welcome Reneé to our Strong Oaks family! Reneé has deep roots in this community, where she’s lived, worked, and raised her family. Reneé brings both experience and a warm, welcoming personality that make her such a great fit for our clinic. When she’s not at the clinic, you’ll likely find her biking, kayaking, gardening—or knitting something beautiful (she’s incredibly talented!). With her great energy and many skills, she’s already fitting right in, and we couldn’t be happier to have her with us.

Please join us in wishing Emma all the best on her journey and giving Reneé a big Strong Oaks welcome! 💪🌳

We Swear We’re Not Just Collecting Resumes… We’re Really Growing! 💪🌳

Yes, we just posted about hiring a part-time Administrative Assistant — and now we’re back because we’re also looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our expanding team at Strong Oaks Physical Therapy!

Our clinic is busier than ever (in the best way), and we’re excited to bring on a part-time PTA — with the strong likelihood that this role will grow into a full-time position as our patient load continues to increase.

Who We’re Looking For:
A kind, skilled, and motivated PTA who enjoys working collaboratively in a warm, patient-centered environment. Someone who’s dependable, professional, and ready to be part of a team that truly values the work we do and the people we serve.

What You’ll Love About Working Here:
✅ Friendly, supportive coworkers
✅ A steady, growing stream of wonderful patients
✅ A down-to-earth workplace culture
✅ Opportunities for professional growth and expanding hours
✅ A practice that blends high standards of care with a human touch (and laughs, lots of laughs)

Whether you’re an experienced PTA or newer to the field, if you’re looking for a place where you can grow, feel supported, and make a difference — we’d love to hear from you.

📩 To apply or learn more email your resume to awheeler@strongoakspt.com. And if you know a great PTA, tag them below — we’re building something special and we’d love for you to be a part of it.

📣 We're Hiring!
Part-Time Administrative Assistant at Strong Oaks Physical Therapy 💪🌳

Want to work with some of the best patients and co-workers around? Come join our amazing team where we work hard, laugh often, and genuinely enjoy what we do.

Our busy, friendly office is looking for a self-motivated and reliable Administrative Assistant to join us 2–3 days per week, with the possibility of moving into a full-time role.

What you’ll be doing:
✅ Greeting and checking in patients
✅ Answering phones and scheduling appointments
✅ Billing and managing our cancellation list
✅ Light cleaning and laundry
✅ Other light office duties as needed

We’re looking for someone who is organized, kind, has a great sense of humor, and enjoys helping people. Around here, patients often feel more like friends, and we love to connect, laugh, and create a welcoming space for everyone. Experience in a medical or office setting is helpful, but we’re happy to train the right person.

Think you’d be a great fit or know someone who would?

How Do You Sit? Let’s Talk Posture!

Whether you’re working at a desk, driving, or binge-watching your favorite show, how you sit matters more than you think. Poor posture adds up over time, leading to back pain, tight hips, and even headaches. 😖

Here are a few Strong Oaks posture tips:
✅ Feet flat on the floor
✅ Hips and knees at 90 degrees
✅ Sit tall—don’t slouch or lean
✅ Keep screens at eye level
✅ Take movement breaks every 30–60 mins

Be honest… what’s your go-to sitting style?
