As we move toward the autumnal equinox with the daylight shifting and the summer heat now cool and crispy with longer nights, I wanted to send out loving gratitude to all of my yoga students past and present. It is and has been such a pleasure to witness all of your efforts and energy over the past twenty plus years of asana practice together.
As my time and energy shifts as well, moving toward a greater sense of peace and expansion, my heart is full and my vision becomes clear. May your seasons continue to be healthy and vibrant with love and well being.

Some beach yoga on the Jersey shore with gorgeous sunrise and sunsets to spur spring practice.

From winter into summer prana transitions from bone to muscle opening joints for more space and adjustment. Also a pair of Eastern Pheobes are building a nest in my porch eve.
