Just arrived home from my two week trip to Central America’s Osa peninsula in Costa Rica. We had a full week of Mysore practice, pranayama and wonderful chanting with Christine Hoar of Montauk Ashtanga. Her expertise and guidance was truly inspiring. I even tried to surf and went on an amazing dolphin watching event on the Golfo Dulce led by ChangingTideTours.com. Many thanks to Michael and his crew at Osa Sombrero for all of your loving attention and amazing food! Mucho Gusto 👣🌺🌊🕉

As we move toward the autumnal equinox with the daylight shifting and the summer heat now cool and crispy with longer nights, I wanted to send out loving gratitude to all of my yoga students past and present. It is and has been such a pleasure to witness all of your efforts and energy over the past twenty plus years of asana practice together.
As my time and energy shifts as well, moving toward a greater sense of peace and expansion, my heart is full and my vision becomes clear. May your seasons continue to be healthy and vibrant with love and well being.
