This five-week series is designed with absolute beginners in mind—an inviting, judgment-free space where you can learn the foundations of yoga with support, clarity, and compassion. You don’t need experience. You don’t need flexibility. You don’t need to know a single thing before you arrive. Truly.
Together, we’ll move slowly through the basics: how to breathe with more ease, how to feel grounded in each shape, and how to listen to your body as it learns something new. You’ll have room to ask questions, explore at your own pace, and build confidence in a warm community that celebrates every small step.
This is a space where you can ask every question, try things at your own pace, and discover what feels good in your body.
