The primary way I am growing my business is on the socials.

I also email my list 2xs each week with motivational topics on health and fitness along with free resources.

I do a free 5 Day Fitness Challenge once a month and one free Live Event on Zoom each month.

This is so people get to know me and get some results so that we can continue their fitness journey.
