September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month — a time to raise awareness, offer support, and remind ourselves that self-care is su***de prevention.

If you're struggling with thoughts of su***de, you are not alone. Call or text the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline for free, confidential support. 💬📞 If someone you care about is struggling, listen without judgment and help connect them to support. For survivors of su***de loss, your grief is valid, and resources are available.

🌱 Self-care builds resilience:
Regular exercise, sleep, healthy relationships, and seeking therapy when needed can help protect against depression and suicidal thoughts. Watch for warning signs and reach out early.

This season, our Concord Health Center Community Garden produced a beautiful harvest of fresh veggies —all made possible through the care of our staff, volunteers and the generous support of our sponsors:
Sid's Pantry, Poulsen Lumber co, The Resin Shed and The Concord Station

Much of this harvest goes directly back to the community—supporting Sid’s Pantry and our local neighbors—helping ensure more families have access to fresh, healthy food.
