I’ve landed.

Feet on the ground, hand on my heart.

Breathing with you, walking beside you.

No labels. No spiritual fluff. No hierarchy. No courses. No workshops. No BS. No modalities. No certifications.

Just raw real human presence and my connection with source.

A reminder to breathe, let it all go, the hustle, the judgement the misalignment… can we please pretty please let it go! None of it matters, I know I know it’s hard to read and digest. But trust me. It doesn’t.
There is so much dissolving and one of the things is this spiritual hierarchy, this comparison this thing we’ve been doing for so long because we became so separate from source and our bodies we had to create this spiritual space and these classes and these things but no. Let it fade away. You embodied as YOU is enough in fact it’s more than enough.

Now breathe. actually focus on bringing that inhale in through your nose and reaching all the way down to your root, your womb, your tailbone. Bring it down and let it anchor you into your beautiful body.

Hold that breath and then let it go out through your mouth.

I know...I know...another move?!

This is my third move this year. And believe me, I’m the first person to say “huh?!”

I stayed in the same space in Burlington for years, so this moving is not my norm but life changes. We grow, we remember, we learn, we grieve, we surrender… and hopefully, we live more and more authentically.

I can’t show up to guide & care for others if I’m not living that truth myself. When I’m not in an energetically aligned, honest space, my work doesn’t flow the same and Source always lets me know.

When we choose to stay, or step into places, partnerships, or jobs that aren’t truly authentic, it shows.

It might take time, but the ripples always find their way through.

I’ve learned to listen to that nudge Source whispers . It’s not always easy, but every time I honor that guidance, life aligns again and so does my work.

So here I am, surrendering, listening, aligning and moving into a space that feels true. Maybe you needed this message for the reminder or the courage to Listen.

I’m now seeing clients at Trail 2 Wellness, 102 Depot Street in Lyndonville, and I would love to welcome you into this new chapter.

These past months have been a quiet cocoon,
a deep unraveling of everything that no longer felt true for me. Each layer bringing in more release, more wow okay we are doing this, more clarity more letting go.

What looked like stillness was really surrender.
Letting go of what I’d been carrying,
questioning what still belongs,
and learning to trust the in-between.

It hasn’t been graceful.
It’s been raw and real.
But underneath it all, something softer has been forming.
A quieter clarity about what truly matters
and what actually brings freedom.

I’m remembering that the sacred and the human
were never meant to live apart.
The ache, the tenderness, the grace
they belong beside each other.
Wholeness lives where the holy and the honest breathe in the same space. Not separate.

And with this New Moon,
I’m stepping into a new chapter.

I’m so grateful to be joining
a beautiful collective offering massage, facials and more.

Within this space, I’ll be offering:

Our amazing neighbors Sweet Seasons Farm & Artisan Confections , are having a very generous pick sale this week.

As I picked this morning, I thought of Sue, the previous owner and founder. She left us last summer, and I felt such sadness when I arrived. But as I began picking, I felt joy and gratitude for all she created. Listening to everyone gathered to pick reminded me that we never truly leave this earth.
