Our amazing neighbors Sweet Seasons Farm & Artisan Confections , are having a very generous pick sale this week.

As I picked this morning, I thought of Sue, the previous owner and founder. She left us last summer, and I felt such sadness when I arrived. But as I began picking, I felt joy and gratitude for all she created. Listening to everyone gathered to pick reminded me that we never truly leave this earth.

Brace yourself.
Not in fear.

As we step into July, things are shifting…
not always gently, but necessarily.
This month brings change.
Not the kind you chase… the kind that moves through you before you can explain it.

Show kindness to yourself.
To others.

We’re all moving through something, some are boiling,
some are breaking, some are just trying to breathe.

Patience if you feel your own kettle boil.
Compassion if you’re on the receiving end of someone else’s steam.

Breathe.
Rest.
Create only when it flows from within.
Let what’s real rise in its own timing.

Tomorrow we gather here with this mighty land.
To tend. To be. To release. To breathe.

There is so much noise outwardly as the summer and planets keep shifting…have you turned inward to feel and see what truly is rising in you?

What wants to be released?
What wants to be seen? Created? Enjoyed?

If you aren’t joining us tomorrow I invite you to find a moment and pause and check in with yourself.

Clear away the noise, energies from self and others.
And truly check in.

Not sure how?
There are many ways but here are a few that may resonate.
Take a shower and imagine the water rinsing away energies.
Take a walk outside barefoot and breathe deep with the earth.
Sit with eyes closed or open and focus on your inhale in and exhale out. Allow your chest to rise, your belly to expand and allow your exhale to move out of your mouth emptying fully.

When you feel settled, when you feel your breath and your feels.
Breathe, check in or don’t check in.
Sometimes clearing is all you need without checking in with a list.
And as always.

Listen to yourself, your voice & knowing.

Solstice feels. Cocoon feels.

We’re at the edge — the longest day, the stillest pause.
Cancer season begins.
Light lingers.
The inner world stirs.

This Solstice opens a gate not to do, but to be.
To soften. To shed.
To notice what no longer fits.
To come home, quietly, to what is true.

Venus + Mercury in Cancer: speak gently.
Saturn retrograde in Pisces: the path is reweaving.
Let it be slow. Let it be sacred.
Let it be unseen for now.

This is the inhale before the next becoming.
