What is a metabolic workout❓❓
A metabolic workout (or metabolic conditioning, often called MetCon) is a high-intensity style of training designed to maximize calorie burn, improve endurance, and boost your metabolism both during and after exercise.
💪 It typically combines strength training and cardio exercises performed in circuits or intervals with minimal rest.
I’ve been creating Friday morning Metcons that are partner and group focused.  This makes for a fun workout that allows us to thrive and challenge each other as a group in a supportive environment!
