Choices residential care provides residential services to individuals with intellectual and development disabilities in an individualized supported living and group home setting. People should explore new places in the community and activities in the home. A day should be satisfying, joyful, and with a trajectory aimed to help people grow. Self-Determination
Choices of St. Joseph believes people should have control and choice in their life trajectory. We believe in teaching and modeling self-advocacy. People should be given opportunity and encouragement to pursue and obtain their hopes and dreams. Building Relationships
Choices of St. Joseph believes that building relationships is an integral part of success for a person to grow to their fullest potential. Staff members should build positive relationships with the people they support. Likewise we should foster people to build relationships with their family, neighbors, peers, co-workers, church, and other natural supports. Excellence
Choices of St. Joseph reaches for excellence by giving the highest Quality of Care to the people we support. Excellence is achieved through ongoing and innovative training and education for employees. Excellence is achieved by advocating for proactive and preventative care for people we support.

Our Wildcats group (made up of very special supported individuals) put together hygiene bags, which included a uniquely written note in each one today! The bags will be given to some of our community’s most vulnerable members. Taking time to be of service to others always feels right! 💙💛
