*Please note this Wednesday's Slow Flow Power class has been changed to 1pm. A personal matter has popped up that is out of my control, and it interfered with the original 11am time. Thanks for understanding!!

📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: In order to accommodate changes in my home/mom life, I'm making adjustments to the Tempest Yoga studio schedule.

My aim is keep class times/dates as consistent as possible. However, starting this month, I will be making slight adjustments on a monthly basis as to when classes will be held. This is based on the needs and schedules of my kids.

But good news! Another change starting this month is that I will be adding Slow Flow Power classes to the schedule!! If you are looking for a more challenging class that will build strength and balance, then this is for you. And just like all my classes, people of all ages, experience levels, and limitations are absolutely welcome. I will make it work for you!

All scheduled classes are included in the cost of your class package (or standard drop in fee).

See August's schedule in this post. Be on the lookout for September's schedule as we get closer to the end of August.
