At 75 years old, George is living proof that retirement doesn’t mean slowing down—it can mean finding a whole new purpose. After a successful career in medical sales, George earned his funeral director’s license at age 72 and now serves grieving families at Heaton-Bowman Funeral Home with compassion and care.

As George says, “I don’t let my number of years define me. As long as I have a purpose in life, I can keep going.”
