✨ April is C-Section Awareness Month!✨

If you’ve had a C-section, have you ever massaged your scar?

Many people don’t realize that C-section scars can create restrictions in the surrounding tissue. When the tissue doesn’t move well, it may contribute to things like:
• Back pain
• Constipation
• Incontinence
•Pelvic Pain
•Diastasis Recti

The good news — there are ways to help improve mobility and comfort! 🙌

At our clinic we love using:
✔️ Scar massage & skin rolling
✔️ Cupping therapy
✔️ Dry needling

These techniques can help improve tissue mobility, decrease restrictions, and support better overall function.
