Our office is pretty casual, relaxed, and down to earth. No fancy machines and gadgets, just good old fashioned hands on chiropractic care! Born, raised, and educated in the area, it was only fitting that he chose to practice in his hometown region! After graduating from the distinguished Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 2005, began as an associate for 6 years, only to open his

own practice in 2011! Since opening our office in 2011, we’ve been honored to help the people of Southwest Michigan feel better for the past 12 years! We offer high-quality chiropractic care, massage therapy, rehabilitation/therapeutic exercise, therapeutic pillows, and other products to support your care and improve your health in a professional yet comfortable environment. Spring is finally here, and for many of us, that means it’s time to get outside and tackle yard work, gardening, and home projects!

But after a long winter, jumping right into activities like raking, digging, planting, and lifting can put extra stress on your body, especially your back, shoulders, and joints.

We see it every year, spring cleanup injuries are incredibly common.

The good news? With a few simple precautions, you can stay active and avoid unnecessary pain.

Tips to Protect Your Body This Spring:
-Warm up before you start. A few minutes of stretching can help prevent strains
-Lift properly. Bend at your knees, keep items close, and avoid twisting
-Take breaks. Don’t try to do everything in one day Watch repetitive movements –
-Switch sides and change positions often
-Use proper tools. Long handled and ergonomic tools reduce strain
-Be mindful while gardening. Avoid prolonged bending and use kneeling support
