Our refresh station is stocked with everything you might need—makeup-removing wipes, Evian facial spray, deodorant, hair ties, dry shampoo, water, and electrolyte packets—so you can arrive, unwind, and leave feeling fully renewed.

This isn’t just a sauna session. It’s a pause for your body, a reset for your mind, and a gentle indulgence for your spirit.

In honor of World Health Day, I think it’s a good reminder that taking care of your health isn’t just about big changes—it’s the small, consistent things that make the biggest difference.

That can look like moving your body, slowing down, managing stress… or even just taking time to truly relax.

I feel like this still needs to be said because a lot of people don’t realize—we have a private infrared sauna 🤍

It’s not a shared gym sauna. It’s a quiet, private space where you can come in, reset, and take time completely to yourself.

It’s great for:
• stress relief
• muscle tension
• recovery
• simply slowing down

You can book it on its own or pair it with a massage.

One of the things that can really help with this (along with massage) is heat therapy like infrared sauna. It helps your body slow down, improve circulation, and actually shift into a more relaxed state.

Easter weekend is always a special time for me 🤍
