Most teachers learn templates. Few learn how to design.

In this advanced workshop, you’ll learn how to use the chakra system as an intelligent framework for building cohesive, purposeful classes. This is not about teaching chakra theory — it’s about using energetic organization to create direction, depth, and clarity in your sequencing.

You’ll learn how to:
• Design classes with a clear energetic arc
• Map energy centers to joint action and muscular demand
• Build different class experiences within a mixed level room
• Adjust your sequencing in real time based on the room

Why you need this:
If you’ve ever second-guessed your sequencing, felt the need to plan your classes, or felt stuck repeating the same patterns, this workshop will change how you build classes and see bodies. You’ll leave with a clear framework that supports both structure and intuition — so you can teach with confidence and intelligence according to what’s happening in real time.

For those new to the practice, Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practiced lying down, designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support rest. In this session, we’ll explore intention-setting, seasonal reflection, and guided visualization inspired by themes of growth and renewal. We’re also so happy to welcome Jen Cincoski-Pace to Infinity Wellness.

Jen practiced massage therapy in St. Joe for 14 years while raising her family. After stepping away in 2020, she’s grateful to be returning to the work she loves — now offering massage in our holistic wellness space.

Trained at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy, Jen brings years of experience, intuitive touch, and grounded presence to each session.

She offers 60- and 90-minute customized massage sessions designed to support relaxation, restoration, and overall wellbeing.

A physical therapist and senior yoga teacher team up to teach you how to build strength, protect your joints, and support long-term practice.

This series bridges yoga and intelligent strength training so you can move with power, stability, and confidence — without sacrificing mobility or alignment.

Instead of repeating vinyasa patterns and hoping your body keeps up, you’ll learn how to strengthen the muscles and stabilize the joints that actually determine longevity. This is strength with strategy — not ego.

Across three progressive sessions, you’ll learn how to:

• Load the body safely and effectively
• Strengthen common weak links in yogis
• Protect wrists, shoulders, hips, and knees
• Improve balance and control in transitions
• Build functional core strength that transfers to practice
• Understand joint mechanics and alignment under load

Designed for yogis who want to:

• Prevent injuries before they happen
• Eliminate recurring wrist or shoulder strain
• Feel stronger in postures and transitions
• Improve stability without losing flexibility
