Have CoVid19, CoVid (SARS), CoVid (MERS), CoVid 229E (One of the common colds), or any bug?
Flu-Bomb! A Tea for Sickies
1/2 cup water (base)
1/4 cup Ginger (freshly grated) - Anti-inflammatory
1 whole lemon (Freshly juiced) - Vit C and other flu-fighting components.
2 cloves of garlic (fresh minced) - Antibacterial, antiviral, immune-supporting.
1 tablespoon of honey - Antibacterial, simple energy, antiviral
Cayenne pepper (as much as you humanly can tolerate)
Bring water to a steam, not a boil. Place all ingredients in for 15 minutes. Strain into a mug. Sip and pucker up! This is good stuff. Fresh ingredients have the most punch.
