25 years ago, Dr. Steven Rosenak opened the doors to Optical Options with a vision for better eye care in our community.

Sitting on the floor with him? His daughter Shayna and Dr. Spencer Rosenak — just kids then, but part of the legacy in the making.

Meet Dr. Rosenak, he is a proud Saint Joseph native and alumnus of Savannah High School, excited to return home to provide high-quality, personalized eye care to the community. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Education and Health Sciences from the University of Kansas, Dr. Rosenak went on to graduate from the University of Missouri–St. Louis (UMSL) College of Optometry in 2025.

Dr. Rosenak is passionate about delivering comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages and is especially interested in managing chronic eye conditions such as dry eye, macular degeneration, and glaucoma. Dr. Rosenak is thrilled to be joining the family practice in Saint Joseph, where he aims to build lasting relationships with patients while supporting their long-term vision and health goals.
