As a 𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚 𝐩𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐬𝐭, I have one main goal during every training cycle:
𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲. 🏃🏽‍♀️

Training cycles aren’t just about hitting miles.
They’re about 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠.

This was my last long run before my half marathon, and I’m feeling so grateful for a body that made it through the entire training block injury-free.

If you’ve trained for a race, you know how big that is. Every mile, every recovery day, and every strength session counts.

Two years ago I opened my own physical therapy clinic, and it’s hard to believe how much has happened since then.

These past two years have been filled with helping people move better and feel stronger. I’ve had the pleasure of treating orthopedic injuries, providing pelvic floor therapy, and supporting women through pregnancy, birth prep, and postpartum recovery.
