Recovery after an injury should focus on more than just pain relief and getting back to sport. It should also help athletes build strength, confidence, and resilience to support long-term movement and performance.

Improving strength, stability, balance, coordination, and body awareness can help athletes move better not only in their sport now, but for lifelong fitness and activity. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Seriously in awe that this is my career.

Becoming a physical therapist has opened doors I never could have imagined. It gave me the opportunity to build something of my own and create a space where people feel seen, heard, and supported through true one-on-one care.

This weekend, I was at the finish line of a 5K as a sponsor, cheering on friends, family, and complete strangers while getting a front-row seat to some really special moments.

I watched people hit goals they once thought were out of reach.
New moms smiling as they pushed strollers across the finish line.
Parents and kids finishing side by side.
And patients running pain-free because of the work they put in.

Still canโ€™t believe I get to be part of this.

Helping people achieve goals that once felt out of reach.

REAL progress.

It is so hard to trust the process after surgery.

But sticking to the plan, doing the exercises, and showing up for yourself leads to moments like this.
Your first jog back.

And that feeling? Worth it.

So proud of my patient and everything she put into getting here.
