As an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist of 20 years, I am passionate about helping children achieve their fullest communication potential in a primarily play-based therapy setting. Joseph School District for 7 years and then for a year worked part-time as a provider for Missouri First Steps and part-time at Maysville R-1 School District. From August 2013-May 2024, I have worked full-time for the Maysville School District as a Speech-Language Pathologist. On a more personal side, I have been married for almost 21 years to my husband Joe, and we have three boys. I also have two dogs, Duke and Hank, and a cat named Selah. In my spare time, I enjoy watching my boys run, spending time with my family, doing embroidery, and making earrings.

I have worked in schools and now in my own private clinic and I have been blessed by every single child that I have worked with. I am so grateful to all of the parents that have been so encouraging, caring, and thoughtful over the years. I cannot even begin to explain how rewarding this career has been for me. So much fun! Thank you to whomever sent the ring toss!! We are going to have a blast! Thank you to Kaitlyn and Andrew for the play set and to Michelle and Duane for the basketball hoop!! We have also already used the lawn mower and it was a hit! The kids won’t ever want to leave!
