Q: What are Visiting Makers at inspireU?
A: Visiting Makers are local artists, crafters, and creators who bring their craft to life inside inspireU’s Maker Space. During regular open hours, guests can watch makers create in real time, ask questions, and see what creativity looks like in action. It’s all about sparking curiosity, celebrating local talent, and inspiring the next generation of makers! ✨

Reminder: inspireU will be closed January 5–8 for our bi-annual maintenance deep clean. This time allows our team to refresh exhibits, care for our spaces, and ensure everything is safe, clean, and ready for the families we serve!

What a way to ring in the New Year! ✨ Today’s Noon Year’s Eve Celebration at inspireU was truly one for the books, with 349 guests in attendance and a sold-out crowd filling the space with joy, laughter, and excitement!

We were thrilled to have thestemusic emceeing the celebration and dazzling families with his high-energy STEM-inspired music, leading us all the way to our unforgettable balloon drop countdown at noon 🎈🎶

Thank you to every family who joined us to celebrate, play, dance, and welcome the New Year together. Your support, energy, and smiles are what make inspireU such a special place for our community. Here’s to more learning, laughter, and discovery ahead….happy New Year! 💙✨

This season, we’ve hosted 85 field trips from across the region, including:

- 54 elementary schools
- 9 private schools
- 13 preschools
- 9 nonprofits & community organizations

In total, students and educators traveled from 29 different school districts to experience hands-on learning through play, exploration, and discovery.

December at inspireU was full of sparkle, slime, music, and meaningful moments. ❄️🎶

From winter workshops to special programs, we loved watching families learn, play, and celebrate together. Thank you to everyone who helped us celebrate Youie’s birthday - one full year of curiosity, connection, and joy wouldn’t have been possible without you. 💙

We’re closing out the year the inspireU way… with a Noon Year’s Eve celebration made just for kids and families! Join Roy Moye III as we count down to the New Year. Balloon drop, fun, and memories included. 🎈🎉
