From pre- and post-natal care to overall pelvic health, her workshops have supported so many in our community.

We’ve been working behind the scenes at SJP on something we’re really excited about 👀

✨ With new equipment on the way, we’re getting closer to bringing Joe’s Gym to the studio.

✨ This new class format is inspired by the way Joseph Pilates originally taught and will offer a more individualized, circuit-style Pilates experience.

We can’t wait for you guys to experience it 🤍
