This week we’re spotlighting Craig! (pictured on the left)

Craig has been one of our dedicated opticians for 6 years. Over that time, he’s helped countless patients not only improve their vision, but also feel confident in the glasses they choose.

His favorite part of the job is working alongside his coworkers and building those day-to-day connections, as well as helping patients find the right pair of glasses that truly fit their needs and style.

He has also spent 20+ years in the optical world with positions at LensCrafters, Pearle Vision, and Eyemasters as Lab Manager and General Manager.

Our very own “optician du jour” — often armed with a bottle of “our finest vintage” glasses cleaner — has been named the first-ever recipient of the **Joe Gray Beyond Your Eyes Award** within our 12-location practice.

Not only is he the inaugural winner, but the award was also named after him — a true testament to the impact he makes every single day.

This honor represents ALWAYS going the extra mile and exceeding expectations so every patient feels valued and cared for. Mr. Joe treats each patient like family, providing the same care he would want for his own loved ones.

While his years of experience and optical expertise are impressive, it’s his compassion, empathy, and heart for people that truly set him apart. Around the office, we call him “the people whisperer” — because he has a special way of making everyone feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for.
